Graduates of MARIHE will
- implement measures to foster and safeguard academic freedom, democracy, rule of law, public responsibility of and for higher education in their work environments.
- initiate and maintain effective and sustainable collaborations between higher education institutions, involving stakeholders such as companies, research institutions, public administration, and civil society.
- analyse the relationships and dependencies between higher education and research institutions, education systems, and labour markets and evaluate political initiatives at the national and international levels.
- use evidence-informed and research-based approaches to initiate and implement change.
- evaluate change strategies and apply management tools for higher education and research institutions.
- apply problem-solving skills, specialized knowledge and tools of science diplomacy to strategy development, crisis management and negotiating scenarios.
- design and create inclusive and participatory learning environments and implement social dimension policies in HE, research and innovation.
- implement EdTech tools and use digital competencies to strengthen the digital readiness, digital transformation in the ecosystem of HE, research and innovation institutions.
- develop strategies for effectively incorporating sustainability into the institutional vision, curricula and campus practices.
- outline a personal career strategy to enhance their employability.
